Acquisition of site and planning for a second phase retail park with lettings to B&M Home & Garden Centre, Sue Ryder, Greggs and McDonalds Drive-Thu. Totalling 37,500 sq ft, the scheme was developed and sold to a private investor with completion in October 2017.
